Verde is an AI-powered SMS concierge operated by HEYtext that provides cannabis product information, dispensary updates, loyalty rewards tracking, and related content via text message to opted-in adult consumers (21+). The Verde SMS program is sent from the phone number (747) 966-2420. Verde is not a licensed medical provider and does not provide medical advice. Cannabis information provided is for educational purposes only.

You must be 21 years of age or older and located in a jurisdiction where cannabis is legal to use Verde. By opting in, you confirm you meet these requirements. Verde reserves the right to terminate access for users who do not meet eligibility requirements.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Verde at the mobile number you provided. Messages include AI responses to your inquiries, daily content, dispensary deals, loyalty updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies; typical users receive 2–15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Verde message. Reply HELP for help or email hey@textverde.com. Verde is not responsible for delays in SMS delivery caused by mobile carrier issues or network conditions outside our control.

Verde uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated cannabis information may not always be current or applicable to your specific situation. Always verify product information with your dispensary before purchase. Verde is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Verde's loyalty point system is subject to change at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Rewards are subject to availability at your home dispensary. Verde reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program with reasonable notice.

You may not use Verde to: request illegal products or services, harass or threaten others, attempt to circumvent age verification, or use automated systems to interact with Verde. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

Verde and HEYtext are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on AI-generated content, or interruption of service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
